The need for a more functional kitchen drove the design for this project. The wall with the pass-through was opened up, and the configuration of the cabinetry was altered to create a more streamlined flow, improving both efficiency and efficacy. One of the clients enjoys gourmet cooking, so providing the needed tools and space was a high priority, as well as ensuring there was space for the rest of the family to spend time with him while he is cooking.
